Growing up in Nebraska, I enjoyed the many lakes and prairies.  When I took photography in high school, I discovered my passion. Then life happened. Different jobs, marriage and a baby, cancer, then a pulminary embolism and heart failure. I have fought my way back to pour my heart and soul into photography. With the endless support of my family, I'm able to capture the beauty I see through my lens.
